MACHINING AND OTHER SERVICES

We are experienced in machining of all types of materials, including plastics. Our machines can perform drilling, milling, lathe and lapidary operations. Rotatory operations up to 1,000 mm length with 80 mm diameter and dimension stocks up to 100 mm length with 400 mm diameter. Non-rotatory operations 400 x 400 x 400 mm. In cooperation we are able to provide all types of surface finishing including thermal treatment.

Made-to-order measuring on 3D CNC, parting of metallurgic material up to 400 mm diameter, possibility of storing in heated stock of cca 200 m2.

WORK SYSTEM – SALARY SYSTEM

Company system follows the set technical-operational procedure. The employees work in dual machine crew on operations which are laid by technological process. Every operation is given a barcode which exactly specifies the type of material used and which is evaluated with minutes converted to Kč (Czech crowns). Every work on these operations starts with enrollment of operation beginning and ends with work quitting. After workshift every employee can check his or her salary.

These are digitally controlled lathe semi-automativ machines intended to shape intricately shaped shaft or flange components in short-run or single-part production. Apart from shaping the machine can also drill and shape slots and cut surface and inner threads.

This is highly productive mechanic hydraulically controlled two-pillar band saw with multiple material feeding. The saw is intended to part material in vertical cuts. The saw has extremely sturdy construction and especially an arm sloping in 25°. These features combined with efficient planetary drive and 41 mm tall saw belt guarantee maximal possible capacity of the machine.
The length and the number of pieces are set in control panel.  The machine itself chooses the number of feedings and it makes necessary calculations. The system allows setting of 9 programs for quick length adjusting, eventually the option of mechanic format change for parting several stoce from one bar. The saw allows choice between mechanic and semi-mechanic mode where all the movement is controlled independently.
It can be applied in duplicate production in industrial functioning and because of its sturdy construction it allows parting of wide range of material quality including stainless steel, tool steel, especially of full diameter.

Requested length of parted material is set very easily with hand crank with depiction on digital register. There are two cutting speeds of 40 a 80 m/min.
