QUALITY CONTROL IS OUR MAIN GOAL

Quality assurance and control are the basic goal of the company. Since 2003 there has been implemented a quality system accordant with demands of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. All our employees are responsible for system abidance according to the evolved qualitative documents, organizational standards and technical procedures.

As we produce presice components up to 400 mm diameter, it is difficult and even tedious thein measuring. In 2004 we bought a co-ordinal measuring machine Mitutoyo Crysta Plus M 544 with measuring table proportions 500 x 400 x 400 with linear measuring inclination E=(3,0+0,4 L / 100) µm. This machine is very accurate and measuring quickly though it is a machine with hand evaluation. As the time passed we found out that this measuring was sometimes tedious and dependent on sensibility and skills of personnel. Based on this experience we decided to buy another co-ordinal measuring machine in 2015. Because of the fact that we had been very satisfied with older SMS, the new measuring instrument was also bought from Japanese company Mitutoyo. Concretely we have bought a Crysta-Apex S 574 model with  measuring table proportions 500 x 700 x 400. Linear measuring inclination of this model is E=(1,7+0,3 L/100) µm. Compared to the older SMS, the new one has much smaller linear measuring inclination, it is controlled by computer, but what we appreciate the most is the possibility of continuous scanning of free shapes. The machine can create programs in off-line mode and also in on-line mode and models in ACIS and STEP formats can be put in.

3D CO-ORDINAL MACHINE CRYSTA-PLUS M574

This is an efficient and economical multipurpose gantry co-ordinal measuring device in CNC design which is motor driven and intended to measure small workpieces. With regard to its equipment it is conductive especially to components control regardless these are raw pieces or finished products, such as castings, wrought products, prototypes made on digitally controlled machines, machine-cut components etc.

We measure lengths and dimetres with the altimeter. It can also measure runout and many other qualities with accuracy of about 0,0001 mm.
